Order Processing Time:

All of our outfits are quality assured and hand-crafted in our atelier, ensuring each piece is unique just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed after 5 PM ET on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Once your order is ready, we offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 business days after processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. You can view the total cost at checkout.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to selected international destinations. We offer free delivery for orders over 250 AED. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by their country.
